Once your order has been paid, you will receive a first order confirmation email. You will then receive a second shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to locate your shipment.

You can track your Malvón dress by connecting to the website with the tracking number we will communicate to you after shipment.

The shipment is done by Colissimo directly to your address. No more hassle of going to the post office, we send Malvón dresses by Colissimo in flat boxes that go through letter boxes!

Payment by Card is handled by Stripe and it’s completely secure and risk-free!

Return & Exchange Policy

If you want to return or exchange your order, we are here to help you! We offer exchanges within 7 days after the reception of your order. You can also return your product and get a credit, a replacement product or a refund from the payment method used during your purchase. Please note that any return costs are covered by the client. Sale items and items purchased with gift cards only can be exchanged, we do not credit or refund. Custom-made dresses are neither exchanged nor refunded. Returned items must show no signs of use.
